This week, we shift focus from “what GRS requires” to “how we deliver it.” Here is a quick look at how we embed GRS-aligned practices into our rPET flakes production process:
Our GRS Control Points at a Glance
At the Reception stage, we source only from verified suppliers with valid upstream TC documentation.
During Processing (Sorting → Crushing → Washing → Drying), we track weight at each stage to maintain accurate mass balance.
At Packaging, we perform final dry-weight measurement — the basis for TC issuance.
For Storage, certified material is segregated in climate-controlled area (15-30°C).
Mass Balance: The Bottom Line
GRS requires that certified material input matches certified output, minus documented losses. Every batch we produce is logged and fully traceable. Our production records are maintained to GRS standards, ensuring full transparency for our customers and auditors alike.
We Work Within the GRS Chain of Custody
We operate as part of a GRS-certified supply chain, maintaining rigorous internal controls to ensure every batch of rPET flakes we produce meets the traceability and quality expectations of GRS-compliant buyers. Our upstream suppliers hold valid GRS Scope Certificates, and we issue Transaction Certificates (TCs) for every shipment, backed by accurate production data.
