Raw Material Screening

Inside Our rPET Flakes Factory: Quality Control at Every Stage. We strictly sort recycled PET bottles by color (clear, light blue, light green) to remove impurities and ensure consistent raw material quality, laying a solid foundation for high-purity rPET flakes.





Shredding & Label Removal

 Advanced stainless steel shredders crush the sorted bottles into uniform flakes, while efficiently separating and removing labels, paper scraps and other contaminants to purify the material.





High-Temperature Washing

The PET flakes go through a high-temperature cleaning process in a stainless steel tank, where residual dirt, oil and impurities are thoroughly removed, ensuring the flakes meet food-grade and industrial-grade purity standards.




Drying & Packaging

 
After complete drying, the high-purity, uniformly colored rPET flakes are neatly packed in large bulk bags, ready for downstream production of plastic products, with stable quality and reliable performance.
